• Our praline collection. Twelve handmade chocolates lovingly tested by yours truly! Four flavours:
  Brazil is for all dark chocolate fans, it is intense with flavour with a lingering hazelnut aftertaste.
  Sao Thome is a milk chocolate outer filled with a dark chocolate hazelnut ganache, then topped off with chopped hazelnuts to give texture.
  41% milk chocolate is a really versatile chocolate to work with and works so well with hazelnut praline. It’s encased with white chocolate and finished with a dark chocolate bottom so that we have just the right levels of sweetness.
  Finally, we have gold. A gold diamond shaped dark chocolate filled with gold chocolate (a white chocolate with salty caramel), this gives the chocolate a rich caramel nutty flavour…………..stunning!

Ingredients: dark chocolate: 54% cocoa content coverture, Brazil 66.8% cocoa content chocolate & Sao Thomé 70% cocoa content chocolate  (cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier: soya lecithin, natural vanilla flavouring), milk chocolate: 33% cocoa content coverture & 41% cocoa content chocolate (sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, cocoa mass, emulsifier, skimmed milk powder, soya lecithin, natural vanilla flavouring) white chocolate: 28% white chocolate coverture & 30.4% white chocolate with caramel (gold) (cocoa butter, sugar, whole milk powder, milk sugar, whey powder(milk), skimmed milk powder, caramelised sugar (2%), emulsifier: soya lecithin, natural vanilla flavouring, salt), hazelnut praline paste (min 50%): hazelnuts (nuts), sugar, salt; E555,E171, E172.
